Just a note: If you really don't want to bother fudging with grinding or affixing, consider checking the player shop for your weapon type, with the 'enhancement level' set to 30 or 35.
There are tones of weapons being sold "fully prepared", many of which are remarkably cheap. Players can very easily earn 6 million a week from doing weekly missions and Yerkes' collectables, so even some of the slightly more expensive weapons on sale are reachable if you just play the game once or twice a week.
I have so far bought:
- +35 nemesis dual blade with 125 attack ~ 40m
- +35 nemesis rod with 95 attack, 120 hp ~ 40m
- +35 slave lance with 95 attack, 18 pp ~ 15m
- +35 slave double-saber with 135 attack ~ 30m
But these are relatively high-end sets. I have seen plenty of things for under 10 mil that are already fully grinded, and for now that's probably all you need. So like, a week or two of doing literally nothing will fund you end-game gear.
While it's true future episodes will bring power creep, it should be noted that the nemesis and slave weapons are obnoxiously strong. You can invest in one now, and by the time the better stuff comes out you'll have made your money back doing weeklies (and more).
