Is there not a option at the bottom of the list when you select the scratch that says something about using a ticket just below the prize list option

I'm am continually stuck at 1/12 players found and it wont find a match for me

For two days now I havent been able to play pvp I search for a match and I am always stuck at 1/12 players found and it wont find anyone else till it times out after 15 mins

So for a day now I cant get into a match for pvp after only playing 10 matches I'm stuck with just 1 of 12 players found and cant get in a match
