@AngryRhombus563 The Gathering Zones are already designed to handle a variety of player levels and are not there for "challenge" nor for leveling. Players will keep coming back as long as they need Dread Keeper, Giganix, Ael Note/Domina capsules, Mononite, Dualomite, Trinite, and Aelio Fruit/Meat/Vegetables. Them being level 1 is no different than them being level 200 when you are strong enough to kill them quickly.
Tiering the exploration area will just end up dividing the playerbase in zones designed for quick and easy gathering of materials and farming capsules. You are supposed to be running around quickly killing enemies for their capsule drops. Increasing enemy levels would just slow things down.
