Looking at my reward log for yesterday it reads as

I never receive the notification in game though for yesterday.

The past two days I've logged in I've not received any log-in stamp. I've changed areas on the ship, switched blocks, gone on a mission and come back, and relogged. None of which caused my log in stamps to show up, and no reward of it is mentioned in my chat log, just the daily log in fun bonus(which I didn't even realize was a thing.) I've seen some old posts about this, but most of it came down to someone just needed to reload because they were on at the same time that the log-in reset ocurred, or was just fixed by doing any of the things I mentioned above.
