Yes, but our Terms of Service are adhered to and we don't over-moderate. We would lose the trust of the community and therefore lose the chance of having valuable community sentiment expressed on our Forums.
The "trust of the community" is also lost when you allow trolls to run rampant and derail any and every thread with personal attacks and other such inanity. People are bringing their personal, and petty, grudges across multiple threads and generally showing a flagrant disregard for the rules and seeing virtually no punishment for them outside of the occasional moderated post here or there. You don't "over-moderate". You kind of barely moderate, but I'd say this forum is also in dire need of some low-level moderators on clean-up duty in charge of tasks like consolidating repeat threads into similar topics and taking out blatant white noise "lol im just trolling" style posts as have been want to pop up frequently here and there.
That being said, this isn't the purpose of this topic so this will be the last post I make about this forum's moderation here and I apologize for this particular derail.

You guys have zero patience. Have you played an MMO before?
One of the biggest issues, regarding "content" in this game is that right now there's no real carrot to chase. For most classes the badge weapons either are the top tier weapon, or the alternatives we have are, at best, sidegrades and the effort involved in earning them (grinding super low drops farming SHAQs) doesn't really feel that worth it to a lot of people, especially when considering that the first "actual" content drop (likely to be the invade or slave NT weapons, if I'm making any random guesses) will be much better. People always get restless in MMOs when there's nothing new to chase. In, say, WoW or FFXIV the instant people get the new raid on clear they start clamoring for new content, and games like Warframe are in a perpetual state of trying to keep up with the demands of players hungry for new content. This is amplified by the fact that we don't really have any sub-grinds at the moment either, crafting isn't in the game yet and since 12* units aren't either, aside from getting multiple rings in preparation for them most people are either just going to get an effective 11* unit set, or grab some saikis and sit comfy waiting.
And when people feel like there's nothing to do in a game, they're less inclined to play it. Most people I know log in, do their dailies or weeklies, then log out because outside of running Tower Defense for the nth time, it's just a big game of why. Unless the new TD has something neat in its drop pools, there's nothing to really gain but excubes, and given how many of us burned out on TD in JP, it's just kind of not fun to be subject to it again and again and again, honestly. I've mentioned it would be nice if they had more variance in their UQs before, but they've shown almost no interest in doing that, but they also give almost no incentive to run the new UQ. I don't think the game is in any danger of dying or losing much of its population for a serious length of time. People are just kind of spinning their wheels waiting for a big update though, waiting for "soon" to happen.
Sounds a lot like SEGA criticism to me...
