I have not heard back from anyone but tonight when I logged on the AC is now there! Hopefully they've figured out the issue and everyone receives their purchase.

I still never received the AC I purchased through Xbox and they are now denying me a refund. UGH! For the heck of it I loaded up the game on my PC through Steam and made an AC purchase. I had to wait exactly 24hrs but the AC did show up. So now I need to deal with Microsoft and try to recoup my money. This needs to be fixed!
I'm having issues with XBOX as well and there's nobody helping. I purchased AC to renew my premium a few days ago and never received it. I was billed and it shows in my order history. So I requested a refund and received the refund immediately. I re-purchased and still no AC showing up. Microsoft's support is a joke. I've been all over their support site and I can't find anywhere to contact a human being to look into this specific issue. I've never had an issue before but obviously there's something going on. Sucks because I'm pretty much locked out of my premium content in the game.
EDIT: I finally was able to talk to a very helpful and nice rep at Microsoft. After about 45 minutes of troubleshooting with them pushing the purchase through it still would not show in-game. They said it was an issue with the game client not updating the purchase. They tried several times and insisted it was a game issue. We'll have to see what I hear back from SEGA I guess.
I usually play PSO2 on my Xbox One X but I also have it installed on my pc. Today I played on Steam and from the official launcher I see there is now 1440p and 2160p resolution options with correct UI scaling options! There's a 1.8 and 2.2 option now. It works great! I originally edited my user.pso2 file to get 4K but the UI was too small with no work around other than bumping it down to 1440p. I had no idea they would actually addressed this.
Not sure if it was mentioned here already but I didn't see it and I figured some would be happy it's now officially supported with correct UI scaling and all.
@Last-Outlaw04 Everything that worked on the Xbox One should work 100%. That said I was not lucky enough to score a Series X so I do not have firsthand experience with it. What I do know is that the Series X has an auto HDR feature that adds HDR to games that did not have it. Speaking from experience lower to mid range TV's do not have a high enough peak brightness for HDR. If I enable HDR on my One X I actually get a washed out picture on my TCL 5 Series 4K TV. I don't know what display you have or if this could be your issue. It's just a suggestion. I would go into the video settings on the Series X and turn HDR off and see if that works. Also I suggest running the calibrator in the video settings as well. It really makes a difference. One last suggestion is to check your options in game. Go to graphics settings > graphics features > and make sure Color Tone Curve is set to on. Try those things and see how it looks. Good luck!
I've noticed some of the NPC's have moved or are no longer there. They owe me gifts! LOL! I want my free synthesizer! Seriously though Zeno, Matoi, Euclyta, Ulku, and Theodore no longer give gifts? I cannot even find Zeno or Euclyta on the ship. Matoi is in the same place, and Theodore is now on the 2nd floor of the Gate area. With a new story and Episode will any of these NPC's even be around anymore? Just curious.
The spamming is getting overboard. I've reported the same user for the past 4 days both through in game and Xbox Live and yet they're spamming away as I type. It's one thing to go block to block and spam a few times but lately they are spamming every second over and over nonstop and not just in the lobbies anymore either.
