I found my items. Thank you very much for telling me how.
None had been in my inventory, but there were tickets there that would give me the item. So my Makoto hair was a ticket and I had to use it to get it. I would not have figured that out if I hadn't asked here though, so thanks!

when it was in the Consumables tab of your Inventory, then the Makoto Hair should be near the end of your Hairstyles list in the Salon, and the P3D Aigis outfit is an Outerwear, so it should be in your Outfits/Camos tab of your Inventory. If your Inventory was full when you played the Scratch, then items might have been sent to your Storage.
Thank you very much for answering. I'll check there; I honestly didn't remember the storage section.
The Makoto hair wasn't in my hair section, but if there are only 2 pages per thing, then my hair section was full of base hair and that would explain it.
So, I used some scratch tickets today and I got 12 items; however, I can't find a good portion of those items- specifically the Makoto hair from the Persona Paradox set, or one of my Aigis bodies (I think it was her dancing outfit?)
I looked on the Persona Paradox thing from Steam, and it pulled up the categories and it showed he hair under accessories, however I didn't see any new hairs in that section.
I'm just not sure how I am supposed to go about getting them; do I need to claim them somehow? I don't want the tickets to have gone to waste, but I don't know where to find the rewards.

Alright; thank you! I'll have to keep looking. I must've missed it somewhere because all I was seeing was the Sonic DLC and some hero DLCs or something like that; no other purchases.

All you can do to get Meseta is to play the game and do the dailies/weeklies, client orders, etc. The only faster meseta you can get is illegal RMT. To get the costumes themselves that you want, it is best to just buy AC to do a few scratch tickets yourself. If you don't get what you want but do still get some costumes, you can either wait until you get a 3-day shop pass from the Fun Scratch or buy a Premium members and sell the costumes you got on a Personal Shop. It is best to check what others are offering for the items you sell first, though, so you can use a competitive price to make meseta fast (cheapest items normally get bought first, but you shouldn't lower it too far below the lowest current price).

After about an hour after I posted this, I realized that the costumes I was trying to obtain were not even Meseta purchases but AC scratch cards. I'm now having a different issue which I just posted as a separate forum.

I'm in the US, and I cant really seem to figure out how to buy AC. I have clicked on the "Buy AC" in the AC store, but it takes me to the steam page for the game, which does not allow me to buy AC to my knowledge. So, I don't know where to look or how to do it-
I'd like to be able to get AC scratch tickets, but can't figure out how to do it since I can't figure out how to buy the AC.
I'm not exactly sure where I should submit this so I went with the category that I thought best fit--
I don't exactly know how to get Meseta in game; I was told that I have to do micro-transactions to do that, but all the searches on google have lead me to what looks like malicious or fake sites that would supposedly give me high amounts of Meseta for free ?
If anyone knows how I can get Meseta as an early-game player (I just started yesterday), I'd be really grateful.
