Yeah, support got back to me but asked for screenshots or video and specific time/activity at the time of occurence which I was unable to provide at present.

@iliveanddie In your particular case I'd contact the support staff via the ticket function if you still havn't received your AC after verifying whether or not your transactions are being debited.

I've submitted a general ticket as it appears to be something of a wide-spread issue, a lot of people I've asked have seen the message at least once (I personally saw it for a 2nd time earlier today), though having checked my transaction history with both my payment provider and bank I have no reason to suspect that it's anything more than an annoying bug, or that my account is compromised in some way. I'll report back if/when I get a ticket response but I'm currently erring on this being yet another bug that SEGA introduced with maintenance.

Just had the same error message pop up on Xbox. I purchased the ep 6 premium pack yesterday but only just saw error 953.

@SilverRathalos My first stop would likely be here https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new as while SEGA of Japan may be responsible for deployment and maintenance of the game all contact information in the Privacy Policy section points to SEGA of America so there has to be some degree of crossover within the organization. There may be further options available to you depending on your Region/Country/State of Residence (Europe, California etc) due to legislation governing data.

The only thing to do if you feel like you've been wrongly banned is to keep contacting the relevant parties. Hopefully enough pressure will force a human response, failing that all that those who feel they have been wrongly banned can do is reach out to SEGA on other channels and wait for false flagging to grow out of control which seems kind of like an inevitability when you consider the total breakdown of communication.

Sadly the only option that is available to you is to keep badgering them. It sucks and it may well be the case that the Zendesk support staff simply do not have access to the specifics: I say this because having attempted to contact them regarding missing items from the October Xbox Gamepass bonuses I was sent a request to provide character name, "last known date of normal account operation" and such which seemed largely unnecessary, and to me at least, suggested that the Zendesk support staff are only able to act as middlemen.

You could also attempt to contact SEGA via their generalized support system: https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new and may have some luck contacting them via phone depending on region -- the US support line is currently not in service, sadly. Microsoft too https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us though it's unlikely that they'll be able to do much to assist as I can only imagine that in the wake of the Steam release that Microsoft have ceded any influence they may have had on account management back to SEGA.

Best of luck getting this resolved, or at least getting to the bottom of the matter. I have major problems with their decision to stonewall requests for further information/appeals and hope that they at least start to listen to the players who quite obviously care about their time investment etc.

Edit: You may need to change your region for the SEGA support site as the link has defaulted to my region. I can't say whether or not they'll be able to help with the matter at hand but you should hopefully get a human response somewhere down the line. And if all else fails there is a contact email listed at the bottom of the PSO2 Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of the page, which may be worth reaching out to too but that is its whole seperate can of worms.

@coldreactive Yeah, I've had to use the support form for issues relating to this months gamepass rewards. I'm merely echoing the responses that other forum-users hit by 816 have received upon attempting to use the support form to find out additional info regarding their ban.

I'm not suggesting that anybody be told the absolute specifics of their ban but as an example: to be told that an account was banned for suspected account sharing/ harassment/ participating in RMT/ Gameplay reasons/ using a VPN so on and so forth does not do much, if anything of note to empower the bots/RMT spammers but it does allow those impacted by the bans to think about whether or not they did do as claimed, have real grounds to appeal etc. It's the minimum I'd expect were something to happen with my account at least. The problem lies in the fact that responses seen so far all appear to be "You violated the ToS. No appeal for you." and then stonewalling on the part of the support staff.

@FANtasyStarOnline The Japanese version of the game has always been rather heavy-handed and there were scenarios that would trigger an auto-ban (Here's looking at you Ep 3 chain trigger). It wasn't uncommon to be banned on suspicion of cheating but for the most part you would at least receive an email detailing the reason for any ban/suspension. From what I recall RMT bots are/were much less of an issue on JP servers due to an IPRange ban. The Japanese client did need to take down player stores at the same time as NA ones over the recent exploit however.
