Me and my friends have this issue aswell and we can't even accept party invites. we checked all the settings even the xbox live settings still nothing.

Yeah it's not working on my end either and i don't have that disabled neither is the chat working gotta reload the chat every time my friend messages no chat bubbles nothing only memes work in real time and i just got the game to work again.

Welp it did it again now reinstalling for the 3rd time. There's nothing we can do to open it till they find a fix

Update: decided to reinstall it

The app won't open after 30 hours of downloading everything i went to the graphics setting changed some stuff hit play game button waited 10mins got nothing restarted computer now the app does nothing won't open to anything get no warnings nor a pop up saying do you want to run this.
