It wouldn't nearly be as bad if Sega as in the actual developers talked to the players. Instead they hide behind prerecorded videos, social media memes, and radio silence. It's incredibly worrying and does not give anyone confidence for the future of the game. Take Final Fantasy XIV for example, when the players have a major problem with something, the director/producer of the game himself will post on the forums, address things LIVE during a live stream instead of a pre recorded message, or release a statement on the front page of the game website for everyone to see. PSO2 New Genesis so far has done none of this. It's a night and day difference in how the developers treat and communicate with the players and it's leading to PSO2's downfall at this current rate.
