@Zarozian Block 7 or 20. That pretty much sums it up I think. There might be some other blocks that that crew migrated to in my absence from Ship 2 JP but you get the idea.

Pretty much what Aida Enna said. 400% increase of 0.1% is 0.4%, so still vanishingly unlikely. You can average out the drop rates if you know how many enemies were killed in a zone in a period and then how many of the item you are seeking dropped. In many cases desired items drop in a single digits count, for many thousands of enemies killed. A 400% rare drop boost doesn't increase your chances a whole lot, also the whole if you're looking for it you're less likely to find it feel.
The primary bonus I feel the 400% RDR boost offers is the length of time it is active, as I believe it is active for several hours of zone time?
Reading further up thread, wait are you actually in a high school theater association and believing that gives you ground to stand on to judge professional voice work? Wow that's some mighty strong stuff there. It's fine to not like the voice acting because you believe the original source is better but to denigrate the work of professionals who to my non-National Thespian Society ear sound like damn good voice actors and actresses is pretty full of yourself tbh. Come back and read these posts in a couple years when you grow up, and you'll probably regret them.
@Chiryuu2609 Or maybe, I have an abundance of training and experience listening while using critical thinking skills which allow me to hear the things that you all can't. Take some appropriate time to compare the sub vs the dub. I listen to every little detail in both and by comparison the English VA doesn't do the JP VA the justice it deserves. You can tell that the JP VAs put forth time, energy, and effort into their craft and making quality characters. The English sounds half assed and uninspired. Do this little experiment and tell me if you still believe my criticism is unjustified. Set for EN or JP talk to or watch scenes involving Matoi and Risa especially. Then do the same with the other language setting and really compare them. While they will never truly mimic each other the difference in the skill of the actors is more than noticeable. If you don't like me saying all this then get on FB or Twitter and get the opinion of someone like Samuel L. Jackson or whatever high caliber actor you like. I'm sure they'll say it in a way that's not offensive but reaffirms my point.
I've heard some real stinkers in voice acting, and let me tell you, the ENG voice acting for PSO2 ain't what you're claiming. Please tell me you're doing more than just trolling and actually believe the stuff you're posting.
The guide has some factual errors i.e. hitting the beak when luther is standing up (can't do it). Basically you want to go Arm, shoulder, Arm, shoulder, Clock, Gems, and Beak. Hitting the neck before both shoulders are broken can make breaking the other arm take longer because he will move into fast mode, but people aren't focusing arms or shoulders, are failing clock break, and are beating on the neck, so a lot of runs flop.
@Ranmaru Maybe a bit crazy. But probably not as crazy as feeling the need to tank like a tradtional mmorpg and wonndering if War Cry is worth investing in or not.
Does it apply to all, most or some bosses? How many should I invest so that its consistenly effective while generating my own amount threat to pull mobs in. But if I use zanverse to pull them in then I dont really need it?!
I need help to create the ultimate paladin and idk which direction to take.
If you want a Paladin type of role, main Techter and sub Hunter, you'll be really strong, nearly unkillable, and have access to tech abilities and strong buffs, and also do pretty good damage.
There's a lot of flex in the Techter plan I made, basically pick whichever element you want to dump points into in your skill tree.
In order to fight things, you just suck them in with Zondeel and then beat on them with your wand while having Wand Lovers turned on.
Edit: revised the Hu tree in the linked build.
Nol Vacancy on Ship 2 is recruiting! We're a moderate sized alliance (30 members at last count) that is sure to grow when PC is released as we have several members from PSO2 JP waiting to get in when the PC release happens next month.
We're pretty chill and agreeable, we have a lot of knowledgeable players and work together to help our members with any issues they have in game. I and my officers do not tolerate toxicity or awfulness in my alliance however, if you're gonna join to spam garbage symbol arts (you know which ones) in a lobby or in Alliance chat, miss me, and my Alliance with that stuff.
All other interested parties are welcome, look us up in game and whisper us for an invite. We also have a discord for members so we can communicate when we're out of game doing other things.

Hello all! I will bring this up with the team. Thank you!
Thank you @GM-Deynger ! There's a lot of people who play FFXIV on this side of the Pacific and they would likely appreciate being able to experience the FFXIV crossover!
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Someone reported you for obscene chat or symbol arts, and now you're chatbanned.
