I am a premium user and my account is active (I resubbed just 2 days ago) but when I logged in today my client orders are capped at 40 instead of the normal 60. Please fix this problem!!

I just got disconnected from ship 2 after the V R urgent quest now its telling me "maintenance in progress" for ship 2 other ships seem to be "normal" I hope they rerun these V R quests they seem so rare lately and now to break down due to a maintenance...
So... 4 weeks or so ago when the PC launch first happened, I was able to download the game, create my characters etc and play with no problem. The very next day when i went to log in to play, the game magically had disappeared. For the next 5 days of that week I went through cycles of playing and having to reinstall the game constantly (whether it be from crashes and unable to restart the launcher or that the launcher and game would magically vanish from my pc) sometimes twice a day! Now remember this is 93 Gigs of data we are taking here so it takes like 5 hours sometimes more to download and install. After about the second week my prayers were answered and the tweeker version was released for NA and after having to download the game yet AGAIN it finally began to work without any real issues.
I thought my prayers were answered but then, two days ago ... There was an update which I was able to download and play no problem but the very next day when i tried to log on I was prompted that a file was missing and that I had to reinstall the entire 93 gigs of game again! ok so i did that it took another 5 hrs or so but i was able to play the game after it was done. This morning I decided to log on, I got the same prompt as yesterday... a file is missing and I need to reinstall the 93 gigs of game again... I did, this took another 5 hours and then guess what? after launching from the tweeker it sent me to the pso2 launcher ! which began to download 93 gigs of the game yet again. If i quit this (because I just spent 5 hours downloading the game) as I did, it repeated the entire process again... Yes i did a complete uninstall before i tried the fresh install from the tweaker and yes i tried all the troubleshooting that was available. I think the thing is, enough is enough. I've played mmos older and newer than pso2 (i dont care who is at fault for all this) but i have never encountered even half the difficulty it takes to get this game to run. If i did not know better I would have thought it was their intention to discourage the PC market from playing the game. I am sorry, but trying to get this game to run smoothly on pc could not be more infuriating and aggravating if they tried.
OK so I've been leveling my auxiliaries by doing the CO's from Franca's however I notice something that I am not to sure about. So, just like for players there is a gradual progression from recommended zones for the auxiliary to go on his exploration quests and he gains exp by doing so BUT i notice the max level zone he can go to is Dragon Altar where the mobs he needs to fight are level 50. However the exp given from each of these quest range from 9-10k exp. But, there are other zones he can go where the target mobs are lower in level eg: Nightfall Province but the exp is much higher (30+k exp). Is the exp gained from these exploration quests, in the quest description, that we send our auxiliary on awarded to both the players and the auxiliaries equally? or do does the exp they get from them work from another system? I mean it would be pointless to send my auxiliary to fight higher level mobs for only 1/3 the exp he could get from weaker ones.
@Xurai When i first hit level 45 or w/e you get the mission for AQ i was like oh ok great more easier exp ill do that. I soon realized there was a massive ramp up from VH to AQ since it was the first mission i ever had failed at lv45. I decided then i would wait till at least till level 55 to even try it again (since it does say recommended for lv56 and up) and I am not even thinking of SH or EX. My point being I do not think the game prepared me for the advancement from Normal>Hard>Very Hard to the massive jump from VH to AQ. So I could understand the same shock for new players, who think they were able to do UQ at the easier levels so SHUQ should not be much different. And while I may advocate for new players trying everything they can, I myself (while i meet the level requirement) have never tried SHUQ. I just feel that I would be cheating myself before first doing the complete rotations of all the missions/explorations/story quests etc from N>H>VH. By that time i would at least be on the upper end of the level requirement for AQ/SQ because after all (like a lot of people) I am still very new to the game (3wks?) and I want to experience it first before rushing to endgame content.
This is why i feel cross play may not have been the best thing, let the xboxer's have their version and let the pc players have theirs. I think since pc players had to wait much longer for their version then the least they could get would be a fresh start on a level playing field and not have to hear about xboxer's crying about how much cross play is destroying their experience. Guess what we don't want to destroy your experience nor do we want to have you 'teach' us how to play the game (we can get that from youtube, which is how i'm sure xboxer's learned from JP players). Anyways to sum up what most other posters said, there is an impasse. New players want the opportunities to learn and discover the game mechanics and 'older?' players want to fly through all the encounters they have done several times before on their other classes (because they never had to be carried due to starting the game out as a fresh start and got a chance to learn for themselves). While I am sure wanting to be carried for some players does exist, i am sure its the lesser of two evils some people are forced to endure because the more experienced players don't want them to learn game mechanics (because that will take too long for their game play experience to be worthwhile) so they blaze through the content and its sometimes over before new players even get to see some boss mechanics. Unless they break up cross play, which i don't see ever happening. The way the game is designed, as long as you meet the level requirement you can try the content (by the way this system existed before older players (who enjoyed it when they could benefit from it) had a problem with it. You cannot have your cake and eat it too. On a more positive note, think of it as a catch up mechanic for the new players. I mean remember you got the game first, the head start that enabled you to climb up on that high horse of yours. And now you complain that pc players who had to wait for their version should not be able to engage in the same content that you are able to because they dont have equal experience or gear as good as yours. Unless you are worried that the newer pc players will eventually surpass your skills or gear?... if you aren't then i do not see the problem. When episode 4 drops everyone will finally be on more equal playing field (more or less).
