They kind of already have a system in place.
As for Alliance Points you can get them by doing normal things, there is no longer a need to do just the Alliance Quests.
Ways to gain Alliance points - Alliance Client Orders, doing quests, sending "Kudos" and Casino are pretty effective ways to gain Alliance Points.
Does not exist in NA
Could we get an option for Alliance Leaders and Officers to check the last log in date and/or time for all the members?
Also track Alliance Points earned by each member weekly?

Are we sure it wasnt a 3 2 1 then Spring Forward hinting news for March 8th when clocks Spring Forward.
