Oh I see. Yea thats what I think happens too lol I think PSO2 has one the nicest community I've seen. The weird stuff though is another topic Lol. These forum topics have me confused
Converse with fellow players
people bringing awful gear to a UH UQ.
Super did something like this on accident semi recently and it was pretty bad XD.
Ah. I see sometimes people bring lesser than the base collection folder +30 weapons and or random low slot barriers as units (I think might even be from a early quest reward?). I haven't seen yet anyone call them out, help, or be rude about it Maybe you got unlucky ... or I'm getting lucky not witnessing this stuff
The fresh finds has a set of items per rotation (including the color choices) and rotates through them all twice until the next fresh finds update I find.
It does feel slow paced though I agree. Doesn't help that I feel there's a bunch of items we haven't gotten yet plus the ones that PC users missed out on.
I agree with Anarchy Marine and Tasty Onions. I've only encountered two bad behavior people out of hundreds of hours and even those were really mild. This is also coming across situations where I could see opportunity for people to become toxic like people bringing awful gear to a UH UQ or dieing repeatedly at the final boss of the challenge quest and failing with a slither of health left but I don't see anyone say anything.
I still want Frilly Japanese Ribbons for PC users (not paying absurdly high price for it from being xbox release) and Sukunahimes eyebrows for cosplay (We have two of her full outfits and makeup but no brows )
I am waiting on a couple outfits too but I'll wait for the NGS versions (hopefully)
Prefer the original way cutscenes were done since the VN cutscenes kinda felt low budget to me and I always just press the skip button on them.
I was actually going to bring that up but didn't thinking it was just me. I also felt it had a "low budget" feel to it. Maybe its the combination of 3D graphics and VN?
Even with the old way sometimes looking kind of stiff I think it looked better/more realistic than a constant backdrop with characters fading in and out imo. I think the different camera angles really help too.
I also didn't like the switch to visual novel mode. Hope they go back to cutscenes for NGS.
I felt like the devs kept wanting to be like other games with the VN part and some stuff with the story which I found disappointing. It's like they got bored doing what they were doing. For NGS I hope they stick to being PSO2 and cut the "Sword Art+Fire Emblem" nonsense too. (especially that video game nonsense, wtf )
Is it just me or do ppl not remember encounters they had with good people. Like I can remember one bad experience over a bunch of good ones. IMO I'd say ship doesnt matter if you dont know anyone in game. Because maybe you catch a human being on a bad day. Sometimes if its your first interaction with a particular person you never know until you know them. I think its like that anywhere in life, unfortunately. If you decide you really do not like a player, blocklist exists.
I was actually going to post earlier about a good encounter in ship 2 lol. In my early days, was in a group of 3 randoms exp grinding and when UQ popped they all wanted to do UQ but at the time I couldn't do UH and said I would leave the party so they could continue but the others then started to say they didn't mind lowering the difficulty so that I could stay which I thought was really nice of them and I insisted it was okay but they went through with it.
I don't have any problems really with ship 2. Met like 2-3 toxic people over a ton of hours which I think is normal/to be expected. Majority of people are nice from what I experienced.
