experiencing the same, it looks like an old game @1080p , couldn't find a way to increase graphics, enable 4k or HDR, definitely looks nothing like my xbox x even though my pc is better than it.
I glanced at this thread(and main website) but didn't see any mention of what premium gets you or what all the different passes are used for, so could someone give me a TLDR version of:
Premium Sub(I assume this is the usual mmo monthly sub) what do I get with this. Battle Pass,Mission Pass and whatever other kind of pass there might be, do I need these even If I am a premium sub?
Right now from my confused point of view it seems like you "need" 3? subs to enjoy the game to it fullest.
@GM-Deynger this topic would make a great article for those of us who didn't play JP version and are coming from older PSO tittles who did not have any of these passes.
Thanks
dang it ... we need it earlier not later

This is complaining for the sake of complaining, are all the people complaining too dumb to realize that without microsoft-xbox there would be NO PSO2 in the west at all?
Yo dawg I heard ya like complaining.
So I put some complaining in this complaint, so you can complain while youz complainz.
Y'all welcome homey.
lol I was rather worried that no one had ran with that... lol

@Neosolidus12 I read it, I enjoyed it, and it has zero impact on the success of the game.
Now that is something I can agree with.

Lol console fanboys are more toxic than political people these days.
I hope it stays Windows only cause of people like OP.
Did you even read the OP or is this a failed attempt at sarcasm?

Just to set things straight, SEGA of Japan is handling the game not Microsoft... Microsoft threw money at SEGA to get PSO2 to the West and will be hosted on Microsoft servers, that's about it with Microsoft's involvement with the game. On a second note, PC is set to launch in Spring 2020. Given how other Xbox Titles have launched you could speculate that PC launch will be one month after the Xbox Release. As I said that is speculation, but it's always been said that it was Xbox first then PC second, I understand the frustration as I'm normally a PC player not a console player.
Sega had 8 years to port/release and they didn't do it until microsoft threw piles of money at them so all credit for the release should go to microsoft.
TBH i know that sega also has a part in making it happen but anyone with a brain should realise that if it wasn't because Phil Spencer is a fan and wanted it to happen it would have NEVER happened otherwise.

To me seems silly to prevent us " founders" from getting a special tittle/cosmetic item just because a year from now someone with ocd will join the game and that not being able to get the same might upset them.
Decisions should be made in favor of the majority of people not the few, if not being able to get everything bothers someone then they are playing the wrong type of game.
Also remember life is not fair and everyone is NOT entitled to everything.
Counter point, we can work to make life as fair as possible for all people because we are, after all, playing make believe in a virtual environment that doesn't necessarily subscribe to the same "life is not fair" rules as the real world.
Additionally doesn't your, "in favor of the majority" mentality actually work against you in this case? The "majority" of people who will come to play this game (hopefully) in say 2 years will likely NOT have participated in the CBT/OBT. Making those of us here now effectively the minority in the future.
Hm... lets say that for the sake of argument there are 100 million people in this country eligible to vote, lets say that only 10 million show up to the polls and vote, to win the election a candidate needs 51% of the votes which turns out to be 5.1 million votes or 5.1% of the total population, yet we would still say that the winner would have been elected by the MAJORITY of people because only those that are here and now and decided to cast the ballot matter, anyone not present is irrelevant.
So it would be illogical for current players to be limited based on what someone who is not currently a player think, wants or could want, they are irrelevant.
A year from now there will be a different limited whatchamacallit that the "potential" players of two years from now won't get , so on and so forth the cycle goes.
It WOULD be illogical... If that was the way that this thought experiment worked. Your analogy goes wrong in assuming that the 100 million population is a constant from the start. In this scenario it is not.
To pull from your example, imagine right now we have 5 million people where only 2 million are voting/participating.
In 2 years (or whatever other arbitrary timeframe), the population will have grown to 20 million (or whatever other arbitrary inflation factor... Hopefully. If the server population doesn't grow that's a different problem entirely...).
So my reasoning that OBT/CBT participants will still be the minority still holds. Because no matter what, assuming a healthy population increase, the player base will grow in such a way that the number of people in CBT/OBT will make up a fraction of the future player base.
Also in your scenario what limitations are being placed on current/CBT/OBT players?
hm...... It seems clear to me that it would be pointless to continue this discussion since you appear incapable of applying common sense to a simple post, you are right I am wrong I am moving on.
