@Viola-Lance thank you. I think this puts things into a better perspective. I put up a forum that asking Sega to reveal this information a year or so ago, because I expected it would be something closer to what you are referring.
Australia, for example, has been banning common anime/manga recently. Makes no sense but almost the inclusion of characters under the age of 18 means it must be G-rated or something. Atelier Totori got a r18+ rating there for example.
