I mostly use my tails for whenever zondeel would be useful.

I agree with many of the points both of the posters above made. I truly just think more moderation of these threads could be good.
One of the big values of a forum as opposed to a chatroom is the ability to have long running discussion about a topic, that can be referenced at a later date. In the current state these controversial threads are just not making it to that point.
The suggestion for this topic is so that Sega will give us their business reason for the change. Again, morality is completely off topic here, so is legal issues in various countries.
Please keep related to whether you would like an official message from Sega or not.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would think putting the two points in to get after burst is fairly optional? Nice bonus for t-attack but afterburst is time limited to only 30s it also doesn't overlap with of rod sc, so that hurts it as well (not much better than photo flare itself?). The extra two points is also painful.
I'm a newb though, so I have no idea. I just remember the math in photon flare being icky. Could eek ahead in actual testing, but I'm free so no way I'm testing it xD
I was on vacation
Anyway, the community has been fighting for a long time, either for or against "censorship." I think these threads are destined to go off the rails a bit, in part due to this long fight and high tensions.
Which is another reason why I think small steps like I'm asking for here can start some momentum for successful developer-community communication, if we get a small win, we can continue to get more wins as we continue to understand the limitations for implementing these suggestions.
@KillJoyDOD There are PAs and Techs that can be used mainly for movement. Depending on what weapon you use you can look that up. It isn't as clean as a dedicated movement system though. Remember everyone can use gunslash, and I think Kickdance Dash/Regenschlag is a movement ability for that, I don't use gunslash though, so not completely sure.
I started playing about a week ago, about 100 hrs in, and I have some suggestions that would make this game a lot better!!! From most important to least important:
Mobility issue: Our characters need to be faster!! You know those bubbles in Tokyo that you activate to run super fast? Could you please put that effect in place of the dash that we currently have? Like a speed run toggle on the right trigger button!!! That would make catching up to other players and just plain moving around in an area so much better!
Loosen up attacking: Currently, you have to practically stop attacking to change the direction of your attacks!! (From the prospective of a hunter class) Let us freely change direction while attacking! A "hold normal attack button to lock and jump attack to nearest enemy in the direction your facing" attack would help keep the action flowing a lot better also!!
Weapon styles: This game has so many beautiful weapons but after you get a strong weapon all the weaker weapons styles are useless. Could we please get the ability to turn any weapon into a "weapon camo"? All those weaker weapon styles would be useful again!!
Well, that's it!! I love everything else!!! Especially the concerts!!! Note: I numbered my suggestions 1, 2 and 3 but the preview looks different. (1, 2 and 1)???
You need a space after your "2."
As for your suggestions 1 & 2 I like them, but I feel like they are being implemented in ngs. Later in the game you get access to faster movement but I feel like better ways could exist.
I agree with 3
This may be a harder change to make, but I feel people in the forum respond more to the last post, as opposed to the actual thread topic. Once you get past the first page the thread topic doesn't even load when you view the thread.
While it is against the rules to go off topic, I think the software design actually encourages going off topic.
I'm pretty sure a lot of people reply to threads without even considering the topic, and the means discussion quickly deviates from its original intention. I'll try to follow up with potential actionable changes.
I think we should be focusing more on getting Sega to tell us what concerns put this height change in place, instead of worrying about the community. Sega's expectation of community reaction is probably more important to getting actual action done.
