I completely Understand, There has to be balance though. I did mention that I used to play SOME games religiously and it got the better of me. ( That is another story for another time.) So , with that in mind - It's not that your attention is demanded here, You are free to go see what else is out there. Don't worry about FOMO, Just - Keep an eye on things.
I really think that it's Unfair to compare NGS to the other MMO's it's realtive new-ish and I beleive that SEGA is doing something.
I think that they are trying to find that happy medium were both sides can say, OK- there is a decent amoutn of players online.
Then again, Those that show SOME numbers are not the total sum on all platforms.
It happens, I’ve done the same thing with games in the past, some that were genuinely good and some that were terrible but I stayed for my friends.
Honestly, I made the decision to delete the game yesterday. I think if this game is to survive, it’s going to need a lot more players like you and me, optimist and realist. The game shouldn’t be beaten down at every turn but players should be heard if something is glaringly wrong, which there is a lot wrong right now. I want the game to succeed, I was so happy to play basically Magical Girl(Force) that reminded me so much of my beloved Etoile. I watched countless videos and my heart sank when I couldn’t be present for beta.
I’m still kickin’ it on the forums here like a few others, waiting to see what happens and hoping for good news. The lack of communication from the company is unnerving, like Wizard of Oz vibes, but maybe you’re right and they’re just busy creating content.
