I figured out my problem. The confirmation button is now B like in NGS instead of A button like it is in PSO2. Am I remembering things wrong???

Ok, you actually can skip the prologue on a 2nd character like you could in PSO2. Thank God.
My game menu is still broke though. Can't do any Urget Quest, CHAT or ANYTHING.
Yes, and it stupidly sucks cause I have over 26 characters on multiple ships to do this with. I can't believe they did this.
Even worse my PSO2 is now broken as none of my menus work!!!!!! I can't even turn in Client Orders or do Urgent Quests now!!

Why MUST we go through PSo2 NGS for all characters. I don't want to play that game with all my characters. I am so blaming frustrated right now. I have to play the NGS tutorial over 26 times now!!!!!
@fkingnametaken It's NOT a new server. Don't believe that.
It's the same game on top of the old game. It's why it's called base PSO2. The network code that was a little large is now pushing through high resolution characters and building and the new movement tech and bigger sized mobs and map. THAT is what is straining the server.
This needs to be 2 different games with NGS on the unused Server ship 5 and 6. OR, why did they not do that like they used 4 for Steam and Epic new players?? Then have FREE character transfers!!
To explain, I can use A button on Xbox to get into first menu, but I cannot select anything such as select from quest counter but cannot chose a quest. Walk into gate , choose Forest, but character does not confirm selection and walks out of gate. I go to Sign out and I get no confirmation screen. I must CLOSE GAME/QUIT via Xbox guide to get Log Out so can load another Character.
I am stuck in NGS when I want to finish out the 26 characters , Titles and Story episodes I have in base PSO2. Please help me!
Tried to purchase the new episode 6 pack and it didn't go through, tried to buy 3000 ac pack and it didn't go through, bought the 1000 ac pack and it says it went through and charged me, but hasn't delivered the ac and now about every 30 seconds I get an error message popping up stating error 953: purchase has been withheld due to an error. Tried restarting the game twice and still the same issues.

Do the GMs even check this forum ? Do they just take money and say ' All well NGS is coming out let's get as much $ as we can from us western and ignore bugs and errors ' or I'm I off base here?
The GMs are a 3rd party CS provider called EST Soft. They have nothing to do with how the game operates. They are just moderaters, basically, as well, as provide info on issues for the JP SEGA dev team to work on. It is up to SEGA JP themselves what gets fixed. People have been having issues like this since launch and the developers still don't do anything about it, likely because they can't find a problem on their end.

We also receive this type of error and I know this is really frustrating, but after investigating the cause of this, the error is caused by the internet connection. We should always check our connection stability and make sure that no one blocking on your household.
My solid connection doesnt falter, I live alone with my girlfriend but frame rates are off the charts at most times, and I dc randomly with no warning.

I’ve had it three times in the past hour. One during Persona UQ and twice when I tried to do Death, Destroyer of Worlds. Usually, PSO2 runs fine, but I have been getting more disconnects than usual lately. My xbox connectivity is all good but PSO2 just doesn’t want to stay connected (my xbox is basically next to the router, and my internet speed is very fast). Anyone else having this same issue?
same with me EVERY Time with Death mission and now with UQ missions
