Bump to try and find help

I am having issues with the games sound. I have sound all the way through game load up, the cinematic and everything. I can select my character, all with sound, but the second I load, including the loading screen itself, I lose all sound completely. The sound settings are at the default of the game, I haven't changed them. I am playing a CAST if that makes any difference, otherwise I have no idea why it originally happened. Any ideas on how to fix it? I can't play without sound, and it is hella frustrating
