Singapore has free access for some reason, but not the countries adjacent to it.

Yeah, it's as annoying as you think it is.

I think the Xbone version has the same country limitations as it did on Steam.

As an Indonesian, I am still unable to get proper access into the game.

What's annoying is that Singapore, a country literally adjacent to us, has free access to it with no hassle whatsoever.
