Marlu has the CO, and it is the same one for unlocking simple compounds. It should have been mentioned in the update notes, but the PSO2 Global team seems to have forgotten about Techter.

PSO EpI&II on the Gamecube introduced me to the Phantasy Star series, and since then, I have played through most of the original series (PS, PSII, and PSIV), as well as a few other titles such as Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus, and Phantasy Star 0. About 8 years ago, I started playing PSO2 on the JP servers, and fell in love with the game. I try to keep up on new content, as well as making some Symbol Art at times. I'm looking forward to starting over again in PSO2NA when the game launches on PC! Favourite class: Te/Hu, or Phantom
@RainGnyu You can get Dark Blasts by either completing Episode 5 story, or by going to the "Bewitched Woods" and fighting the Omega Falz bosses that can spawn in the field. There's Elder,
Loser Luther, Apprentice, and Double Gemini. I still like using Loser most, and I just personally use for easy mobbing for bursts, or taking care of a bunch of enemies easily, though Double can do that easily as well.
I feel like this would have been relevant to you before you decided to switch from Microsoft Store to Steam.
The Laconium Sword should only really be used for breaking the seals. For those who don't know how to use for that purpose, charge the Laco PA until you notice your stance change, then hit the seal to break it. It doesn't really do a whole lot of DPS, so I generally only use it to break seals, then put it away after seals are dealt with. Generally let a Techter use a Laco, since their role in the fight isn't DPS.
In the Black Dragon variant, set a specific party member as the dedicated Laco user, since you only get 1 at a time until the end of the fight. Always be at the ready for when a part breaks to move on to break the other seals. Black Dragon used to have a death cap on JP when it first run for the first few months; after 3 deaths, party fails. Thankfully that's not the case anymore.
Everyone else's role is to DPS, and survive. Learn the dragon's patterns, dodge or block the large AOE attacks, and use mobility PAs/Techs to edge closer to the dragon. For a tech based class, the Charge Parry ring skill (or Defense Techniques) is a must. Also, for forces, Ilbarta will be your friend. Make sure to allocate some points into Ice Tree. It wont be as easy hitting it with Gizonde.
Otherwise, this battle is mainly built for Hero class, with its high mobility, dodge counter, and range attacks. Learn what works for your class when you fight it. I still have fun fighting this as I did on JP.
Imagine giving your Auxiliary a Slave weapon. Well, it's called "Raven" now because someone was offended by the "Slave" series name because they thought it was offensive or something. There's literally no meaning behind it. At least, not in NA where there aren't any item descriptions.
Meanwhile, back on topic, did the localization team change Master to Handler or something? I never paid any attention to what these things say.
If player shops and trading are going to be down for a large duration, people with premium or 3-day personal shops in effect should be compensated properly. For each day of premium someone has, that's an entire day without one of premium's main features.
@ViolaCrossfire Still, it needs to be said in case someone wanted to upslot a soul augment like Elder Soul, Fang Soul, etc.. Also, one soul augment with a Soul Receptor augment in the pool would also be enough to affix that soul augment.
One would normally affix Alles Di Soul due to how easy it is, or use Astral Soul because the SAF from Ray-series weapons make it really easy.
This topic is like when someone compares any Touhou boss to Sans from Undertale.
