I would happily pay AC or SG or whatever currency you want to allow me a one time race change. When I started, I had no idea Cast could wear clothing or outfits, so I went with a human instead. The game simply didn't make this very clear. I've invested so much time (all classes to 80, some crafting tec maxed), AC, and SG into this character, I really don't want to start a new character.

What do you guys do with the discs you've crafted but have bad stats? They can't be broken down again right? Just sell to NPC shop?

Same thing just happened to me as well. Everything has been fine, and I was just playing a few hours ago. Didn't even restart computer.

This problem is common if you did not install to the C drive. Apparently Windows doesn't like it when PSO is located on a drive different than the Windows installation.

I had the same issues today. Tweaker didn't fix it. I just decided to nuke it and reinstall. Currently updating.

Whats this other install method I read about? Can you completely bypass the MS store to install now?

Worth noting. My husband had the game randomly delete itself last night. I had him hit repair and we both forgot about it.

This morning the game randomly launched itself, fully repaired and working, on its own.

No idea if this helps others or Sega figure out what's going on, but that happened.

Mine nuked itself last night as well. I've been playing since PC launch with minimal issues. The only issues I had previously was when I installed to my D drive and it would delete itself after system restarts. I quickly learned that installing to C prevents this.

I wonder if last nights update had anything to do with it breaking. Sadly I didn't see this thread sooner but am currently reinstalling. Good to hear that repair may fix future issues.
