Yeah to add to that, I've definitely never done it in my life, but PSO2 allows you to replace files with other files provided the animations match up. This is how people were able to have items from the story mode that, until scratches came along several months later, were not normally available in game.

@CodeBreaker-V1 Yeah, but that doesn't really mean anything. Your profile pic clearly comes from the JP release, which is violating the TOS in and of itself by virtue of being a non japanese player. A lot of clauses in the TOS like this are really just there as safety nets for when people are unbearable shitters and you need an excuse to gulag someone. SEGA doesn't give a shit if US players play on the JP servers, because at the end of the day they're still inflating player counts, many still spend AC, and the merch is still bought. Kind of the same thing here. As long as you aren't affecting other players, such as the infamous CO desk attendant teleportation that caused the IP block in the first place, SEGA doesn't care.

I think a great litmus test will be if the "Sexy Bikini" costume (not the layered wear) or something like Bluesy Requiem gets in. If the second one is in then, besides those weird mini outfits, I don't see anything else getting removed on that grounds. BR is just absurdly lewd.

@coldreactive I miss the days of game magazines tbh. I go on the Internet Archive to download a bunch of old PC Gamer and CD Gamer mags but it just ain't the same. I would love to see my PSU loving friends be able to read about PSO2 in its own magazine article or something.

Can we expect any Quality of Life changes to the NA build, or will it just follow the JP build 1:1? I'm curious, because the auto-advance scenes are really weird and there's no way to choose between having them on or not and was wondering if we'd get a toggle like a VN.

Problem here is PSO and PSU vets to the series knows that NA was always treated as the step child compared to the JP server. PSO they just abandoned the game.. any PSO vets remember the endless winter lobby that we got stuck with ? Or PSU where we we're told by Edward@Sega GM of the time told us we we're a unique server and stop being brats for asking for all content that JP had.. do you realize how much content PSU JP had ? They had costumes,mission,event and even story that NA never received.. they even got weapons we didn't have we got reskins of thise same weapons..

The point of this post is to be treated equally to our JP counterpart.. so far they are showing us differently..

And this comment is directed towards the GM that posted thay it was "Beta" and things was locked excuse.. most if not all of us are not children.. there's no reason for that part of the game to be locked in beta.
