@Miraglyth @Riesz I assumed as much after looking into this Q1 report as it was hard to believe that new release would be able to accumulate such numbers on the screenshot within 2 months (including CBT in May as well). I just wanted to highlight that It looked like SEGA described release of NGS as a separate game and deemed as complete success. My interpretation may be wrong, I'm not good at analyzing such stuff.
According to this data on the screen, NGS received some serious profits without acknowledging sales within base PSO2 (though we know that data in the report indicate such results thanks to base PSO2 sales and numbers accumulated since July 2012). The point is that they seem to be convinced that everything's fine, playerbase is strong and solid, majority is satisfied with current state of the game if there's so many registered and active accounts (alts, RMT spammers, red box farmers and others included), while it's the opposite lately.
I'm a bit worried that no significant, engaging content until winter update and slow pace that anything new is provided to community, no improvement of gameplay experience (lag spikes, freezes, application hang-ups, possible DDoS attacks and speed/damage exploits that make game less enjoyable) may not be enough to keep playerbase entertained and healthy. I'll wait patiently and observe the development in hope that NGS is going to let me have as much fun as base PSO2 does, there's still something that keeps me logged in on daily basis and there's still a lot of things to do so I'm not bored yet.
