I will be requesting a refund in the next 24 hours and will just go back to the JP version and return my Xbox to Amazon. I wanted to support the NA version but this response for their own screw up is unacceptable. This is clearly an inexperienced Customer Support team or one that just doesn't care.

Setting a script to do automatic suspensions if people redeem more than 1 code is not a solution to a problem they created. They should of tested it beforehand. Clearly they didn't. Now they punish customers for their, Sega/MS's, screw up.

Fyi, not talking about the people who abused the Game Pass Ultimate $1 trial on new accounts. They deserve the suspension at the very least.

Yeah no kidding, it really sucks too because I was looking forward to this game for so long. But if this is how they handle things before the game is even released and money has been spent, I'm out. This is the first game I've ever received a suspension from and I didn't even have to try lol.

Then this morning (the 19th) they turned it back on and sent out new keys to everyone. Instead they did a blanket ban. So the people who got sent two keys legitimately pay the price for MS screwing up Game Pass Perks at the start.

Thank you for the in depth look of it. I appreciate it. I sent in a ticket to support to hopefully resolve the issue. It's really upsetting. Been waiting so long for this game, bought the ragol and will be getting the sonic edition and I've gotten so many of my friends to play the game. Then this happens, it's really frustrating. I've just been grinding the game and minding my own, had no intention of trying to exploit or anything. I would just like to get back as soon as possible.

Account Suspended

I just got kicked from the game and when I tried to log back in I received a message telling me that my account is suspended for 168 hours. I have no idea why and was wondering if this has happended to anyone else yet. I never chat so I couldn't have said anything offensive, I just play in the casino, do urgent quest when they come up and grind alone most of the time or try and join random parties to make it easier. Please help!
