@GM-Deynger But surely you have fed this feedback to them... can you at least explain the process how it works, you literally submit it as a ticket and never get a response to what you suggest? Do they not care that your customers are disgusted at the lack of communication?
Yes, I do what I can. Things are not as simple as flicking a switch. It may seem like an easy decision to you, but there are other factors at play.
