@Milk A party member dropped one, the site is wrong. It isn't a Rappy Emperor drop, it's exclusive as the end reward of that UQ, although I think it has to spawn the gold doggo.

Even I who abhor PVP I just sucked that up and did it alongside the Rappy Lantern.
