It has only been getting worse. I might have to open another ticket because it has become almost unplayable.

@Milk A lot of people do that, I also see a lot of people rather play by themselves and leave one party uneven (with randoms) I don't know why you wouldn't want the booster unless you didn't want to deal with being auto retried if host was inexperienced or prick to get that last retry.
The major issue is, if your going to drop out after the party has started, even 5-10min in. Why bother leaving team "handicapped" when someone else who was willing to stay could have easily replaced you. It isn't fair to the team trying to complete objective if you aren't prepared to stay. If it's not bad enough they died, and dropped the grade, you either have to push through with 1 less player or abandoned and retry before event is over. It only get's harder from here, and this type of behavior will only make it much more difficult.
To be fair, I don't ever join a party on 4v1 super uq. To many times have i seen idiots kick ppl for no reason right at the end of the uq. Especially when playing with random. I also am one of those that wait for everyone to get back to gateway ship b4 restarting.
I don't think it's going to go past 1mil anyways. At least not once people are rewarded it. But depending on what ship your on, your more then welcome to jump on my alliance (ship 1) get the item and jump back. I won't mind and no one else from my alliance would either, plenty of room if you want to bring your husband over so you can link the hair to all characters. But again I do think 12 is rather reasonable, cause for 10,ooo pts is only 3 people getting their max ap standing.
Hopefully NGS is where we get a lot of the needed fixes.
iirc, they said the current alliance system won't be available in NGS, but you will be able to chat with alliance members in NGS.
I am aware, I just hope that means they will do something better on NGS.
The requirements are so bad, you might want to consider expanding just enough to get the reward. If its your family alliance, you set the pace, you set the rules and that's basically it. Plenty of like minded people out there, you could even make a recruiting page saying you need #this many ppl, and if they want to temp join. Who knows you might want them around.
@Kagekitsu I fully agree, sadly alliance has for the most part been abandoned. I don't think they care about this considering they are working a "newer" system. Hopefully NGS is where we get a lot of the needed fixes. https://forum.pso2.com/topic/3418/alliance-overhaul-needed-collaboration?_=1604037067996
@ERICK001BC You can literally level to 21 in the first five minutes of the game, just sitting in the lobby doing all the starter quests. It would make more sense to do what SEGA used to do in Japan, according to Vets of the game, and force players to create a SEGA ID that has your home number, and address, and whatever else they used to ask of you, as supposedly there were fewer bots on the JP version.
Honestly yes playing on the Japanese serves is one of the reasons I thought of it. Though Sega in itself is a big company, some people might now want to do a sega account but a PSO account would be specific to that game similar to cod/battlefield. Though if they update it to how ubisoft, or epic games I can see that working.
Another reason why there weren't as many bots in Jap servers is because rarely did they ever actually buy meseta. Over here in NA there are countless of people admitting to purchasing it, just scroll through twitter. I even seen a few here on the forum complain that they where banned for that. If ppl buy here, they aren't going to leave. Thinks of south park homeless episode.
@Milk They could Lock chat until level 10. Make the quest very text dialogue going from one person client to another to finally unlock the ability. Plenty of games do this so you can't post on the main chat open until you complete the basic introduction, even as simple as the 1st quest. If they can't post at level 1 they will have to play a bit to get to level 10 and complete the client orders.
