I tried to install that tweaker on Windows 10. Double click installer, an error message pops up with not much info on it. Without what error it is, I can't try to find a solution via internet. So close to giving up on this game.

When "new" MMO launches, we expect problems. If the game has been out to the public for last 8 years and having this kind of issues now?, not acceptable. They really need to compensate PC users.

The only way for you to increase its resolution than preset is... well follow below step.

  1. turn off the game (completely)
  2. go to windows exploerer
  3. C drive, documents, SEGA, PHANTASYSTARONLINE2_NA
  4. open "user.pso2" file with notepad.
  5. scroll down until you see this

    Width3d = 3840,

    Height3d = 2160,

    Width = 3840,

    DisableMemoryOptimize = false,

    DisableDirectX9Ex = false,

make exact changes except your desired resolution. just don't touch anything else except above resolution change setting. Once done, save your notepad. As you can see, it is set to 4k resolution. From my experience... 4k resolution doesn't do whole alot to a game that is 8 years old... just make things clearer.
