IT WORKED. LOST 8 HOURS OF PLAY TIME BUT IT WORKED.

Had ot make new character. Got past tutorial. And the items were there that time.

NOT RECIEVING YOUR ITEM PACKS - SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After some research and input from other users, and now after verfying it myself and finally getting my items I can tell you all:

If you have another email address used for xbox live, your purchase is going to be sent to a different account than the one you initially purchase and play with.

After playing for 8 hours, I discovered just now that at the title screen, you can press tab to change your account. Do so, and then input the email address you got the confirmation email of your purchase from.

Now on this account, you will have your items.

I imagine this is still somehow going to screw some people over. Wish I hadnt wasted 8 hours yesterday on a character I will never play again, but at least I got my items now.,

Ok. At the first screen of PSO. Press tab. There you can change your account. I jsut changed mine to a diff email address. I have to start over from scratch with a new character now....but im trying it to see if now my items will be there. I will update you soon

I still dont have 90% of my items from sonic pack. Yes I have checked visiphone, inventory, and all storage slots.

Im really at a loss here. I of coursse submitted a ticket, but doubt I even get a response back from them that wont be "check your visiphone for your rewards" even though I explcitly told them I have checked every possible place the items could be. All I recieved from visiphone was 4 items, just xp and money consumables, 1 scratch ticket, and like 100 currency.. No storare space item. No premium pass. No sonic items.

I tweeted at them, no response.

How do I go about trying to refund this? Does anyone know if there is a 800 number you can call or something? I feel like I have been robbed of 50 bucks.

I bought the sonic pack. When I went to visipphone only a few of the 15 items or so im supposed to get was there. I have still not recieved any of the important stuff likme storage space improvement or premium pass. Im starting to think I was straight robbed of 50 dollars.

They werent moved to mine. Mines missing. I have looked everywhere. All I seem to have gotten from the visiphone is xp pots and the like. None of the sonic items and def not the premium pass. Im at a loss right now. I have cheecked every inventory and storage tab and there is nothing left for me to take from visiphone.

I want to add to this that I bought the sonic edition and I also am missing half my items. I got some from the visiphone, but really only the cp pots. Im missing damn near everything else. I def didnt get the premium pass item either.
