@HarmlessSyan After that Dengeki interview i literally have no faith in them actually listening to the player base and making the game fun. 8+ years of feedback and literally none of it was put into the game. Its not even lack of content, its the lack of enjoyable and meaningful things to do (you can have all of the content in the world but it wouldnt matter if its all boring as hell and doesnt provide anything fun or valuable). Hell they straight up removed features that players enjoyed. Running around and hitting punching bags that arent a threat in the slightest is not fun content. Waiting for a UQ that spawns a boss thats not a threat or challenging in anyway and doesnt give meaningful drops is not fun in anyway. PSO2 has had a long history of just boring content but it was at least more meaningful then what we have now and at least there was some smaller side activities that could be done to break up the monotony of the grind. A 6 month major update cycle is fine as long as theres plenty of smaller stuff in between and actual good content that helps keeps players engaged to return for more because they feel it has some value to run is what most other MMO's do. As of right now theyve failed at every single point of interest in the game except the very thing that rakes in the money and thats AC scratches. I honestly wouldnt doubt if 95% of dev time for their Art/Asset devs literally goes to just Scratch items which is why nothing got done in the 4 years theyve been developing the game.
