Apparently this is what happened in April, which is half a year ago lol

I do not have a screenshot, but the exact same issue that happened on 4/28 happens again. You can refer to the screenshot under the title "reward from Arks League missing"

So I finished literally all the scenes, and loading previous scene (no matter if it involves fighting or not) did not change the lobby state. The only possibilities that I can think of now are either you need to clear all quest with hardcore difficulty, or that there are specific scenes that change the lobby state.

@Jamesmor So I finally complete the duel after failing like 10 times, but the chapter is still locked. Assuming you're correct, I guess that means I also need to finish all the side story cutscenes?

@Jamesmor Ah so it's the duel that's locking the chapter? Makes sense I guess. Wasn't thinking about it since it's not part of the main story.

By loading cutscenes you mean rewatch the earlier story quest? I tried side story and main story from earlier chapter (6&7), but they're still not there and Xiera is still saying her line after chapter 8

So I just finished Episode 4 and realize now there's only Xiera at the bridge. I would really like to have the other characters back there so it doesn't look so empty. I tried rewatching story from previous chapters (including main story and unread side story), but none of them work. Is there any method?
