@Milk They used to be a default item, you start with them in the JP version. It was so nice not having to worry about bits poking out here and there lol.

Ah you’re right, I was roughly estimating. Damn USA measurement brain...
Have you tried Silicone inner armor? It’s basically pasties instead of a bra. It’s the only inner armor I could find that doesn’t show through everything, though I’d rather have more variety than that.
Unfortunately Silicone has a rather large bra, so it shows almost as much as the actual Prowler inner. I also tried Avent Lace, and it pokes out as well.
You’re being extremely rude. “It doesn’t affect me/I don’t want it so I’ll make fun of someone who does!”
That’s my take from your reply.
The minimum height is 5’0, with most of the shoes it puts you at 5’5. The average height for a US female is 5’4, meaning yes this is tall.
I own all of the flat shoes, some in multiple colors. There isn’t enough options. I have tall characters too that I use heels on but I don’t want that look for my main.
The minimum height is 152cm, or 4'9. This is still quite a bit taller than the JP version though.
So far the censorship that has bothered me the most is the removal of the Smart inner wear. Now it's virtually impossible to make an outfit that doesn't have your character's bra or panties sticking out somewhere. It hit me especially hard recently with the Prowler base wear, the only inner that worked was the Eville Amalti, and even then it still pokes out through the lace.
The games I played wasn't from EA though. in fact it was owned by a shady chinese company called Perfect World Entertainment. it had tons of loot boxes.. and my belgian friend had no issues logging on.
If it's a game from a shady Chinese company, that might explain why. Unless the game actually gets investigated, the Belgian authorities won't know whether or not a game has lootboxes, and depending how shady that company is it might not be worth their effort to really go after them if it's a small game/company. If it's a game you download off of some random website vs having an official release on a big platform like Steam, it's easy to release even in countries where your game's technically illegal.
Perfect World Entertainment isn't exactly a small company. They're responsible for Perfect World International, Neverwinter, the Torchlight series, and Remnant: From The Ashes, some of their more well known titles. They also host Star Trek Online thanks to a few unfortunate company purchases. If they managed to feature loot boxes in Belgium, they likely decided to just pay fines instead of accommodating their laws.
For the height restrictions my character hits 152cm, it might go lower as we get more outfits with various shoe/foot types. Tried to match my JP character and was slightly disappointed.
Also want to add they completely removed body physics from the character creation/edit screen. Now its only hair and clothes.
