I found 2 ultimate boosters in my inventory after doing UH Christmas on Ice. I didn't think much of it, maybe I got it somewhere else and forgot to put it away. Then the next UQ I saw a friend at my party getting one.

Never got them again after that. Do they really drop in it? Or was I just mistaken?

Yes, I've gotten a number of them from it.

edit Side note, I've gotten some from even the Halloween urgent, but a lot more from the Christmas one.
