Me and the girfriend wanna play this game but everytime we try to party closed and open beta we cannot. Live in the same house but cant enjoy the game together both xboxs are open nat so the issue is on your end and i bet multiple people are bitching about this.

They have. There have been multiple threads on the issue. If unmuting each other via the Xbox Friends list / xbox gamercard outside of the game doesn't unblock each other, then you have to submit a support ticket.
