Every time that I have check the URGENT QUESTS & CONCERTS: DECEMBER 2020 - PART 1 page there is none of the current urgent event and concerts showing and when I get on it is random if there is an urgent or concert the is going to happen during the time that I'm on. Is this happening to other people when they go to the URGENT QUESTS & CONCERTS: DECEMBER 2020 - PART 1 page on the website.

Try using the Calendar page as it seems to be working properly.: https://pso2.com/news/calendar

Also, remember that unscheduled Urgent Quests can happen randomly each hour (with an in-game announcement 15 minutes prior).

Thank for your help I did not see the calendar option when I was looking the news tab.
