I noticed I have a reward available at Astarte for the Friend Code registration thing but I wasn't given the associated badges for it?

I don't know if I need to contact support about this - so I'd appreciate any help!

Just to confirm, has your friend reached level 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50? If so, then the reward may be in your storage. If not, then your friend must reach the minimum level 10 requirement first.
