I cant unblacklist since the option was removed and ive tried unblocking on xbox and everywhere else.

The only way to unlock someone is to unmute them via xbox gamercards/etc. There's no other way. PC won't have this issue.

@coldreactive ive tried everything xbox related. This is a sega issue.

Ahh looks like it's a known issue. Muted my friend's mic on Xbox one and I guess that is what blacklisted him...
