Forgive me if I'm just blind and don't see them, but are these not in the game yet?

Risk Explorations are Ultra Hard, they're on rotation:

Do you need to have two classes at level 85 before you even see them in your list?

Are you switched to Episode 5 or 6? Just in case that could the problem like Buster Quests.

I'm in Ep5

Don't need to be in Episode 6, but yes they will only appear when your class levels are high enough (85/85 for basic classes and 85 for scion classes)

They appear for me on my level 83 Phantom, but I have other classes at 85+ that I'm currently not playing as. So that might be it.

I'm still in Episode 4, could that be the reason I don't see it yet?
