JP get badges for clearing level up quests that can be exchanged for novel gears, why couldnt we?

Well novel gear is from weapon badge 2020. EP6 released in 2019 and those 2019 badges are the homura series + upgrade item and the 3 series other than profound weapon for trailblazer upgrade path, and lolcircuray units.

Maybe giving out easy access novel stuff is a bit early since liberate is still good end game equipment even on JP right now.
