So I got the free EX weapon with the 999 for each of the 2 types of materials and I did not use it yet. Now I finally go to use it and I have the weapon and the Goldest /Goldnia (w/e) but only 506 Sapphard. I have not made anything since I collected them and checked all 3 of my characters. I would also not sell it as I put it into storage immediately after getting it. I tried to contact support however seems the website won't let me just keeps going back to login after I click Opt-In. Has anyone else lost items like this from storage? can a dev or someone look into my account and let me know where nearly half of my sapphard went?

do you have material storage unlocked as you might have put it in there.
