I have been saving all of my SG for this particular scratch, since PSO2NA/Global released, as it is one of my main costumes in PSO2-JP, however, not only has it not released but we have not so much as heard a single blip about it.

If not as a standalone SG scratch , is there any plan to at least include him into another SG Scratch at some point?

Don't think you can expect all the outfits from JP.

The guy is from PSO2es, other than a few swimsuits, I don't recall that many PSO2es outfits making into global. At least none of the weaponoid outfits.
