Missing AC after confirming money missing from bank and confirming steam purchase

I found out that you only got three character slots. Went to delete one and then found out I had to wait 24 hours before it deleted. Bought 500 AC to buy a new slot, money missing from bank steam purchase history says I bought the AC but game hasn't added it to my account so Im stuck waiting for the character to delete itself 24 hours later. Been trying to contact PSO2 all day, got ahold of Steam that tells me I have to contact game developers. This is a frustrating game of phone tag... And the longer it takes the less relevant the purchase will be. Every time I try to contact customer support it fails to contact anyone and just goes around in circles back to the same page. So here I am on the discussion forum fully anticipating this to come to nothing. I refuse to pay for anything in this game if its going to amount to pulling teeth to get some kind of accountability.

They say the first AC purchase on your account takes 24 hours to appear.

That being said, I ordered AC on steam 3 days ago and nothing has appeared. Personally I just filed a ticket, though I'm worried as I've read support can be pretty unresponsive.

Where do you submit a ticket I am missing the sonic collab pack I paid for, it has been over any 24hr wait period that might be needed and I need to get it or my money back...

@LazerBen If it was through Steam, you can contact Steam Support for refunds.

If it was MS Store or XBox, you need to submit a ticket through https://support.pso2.com

@AndrlCh thanks I've tried that link it does not appear to be loading for me... Guess I am left hopiing it comes through by tomorrow

I haven’t received my ac cash yet! Anyone else have the same issues?
