Can anyone confirm if we are going to have those PSP character NPC appearing in our lobby and be able to get their partner cards please?

Well, seems the characters are there too.

And here I was told PSO2 NA wouldn't get any Collabs. Granted it's between two PSO games so not sure how much it counts.
