I've seen a few people with the black 'Star' shape electric guitar, not to be confused with the telecaster body that has a flamethrower part. I found a topic that suggested this was a Japan exclusive.
Any word if this is the case? I recently painted my mustang guitar body black and it reminded me to check on here.

(reminds me, I remember there was a Tarantino movie where one of the actors accidentally destroyed a vintage acoustic Martin worth excess amounts of money instead of the prop replica they intended to use for a scene, that one was also painful to hear about/see happen)
