Sega: lets make a strip club, but censor every thing in sight, lets make porn too but lets censor everything, no touching, no moaning, no sexual activities.

I cant believe that you are complaining over something so trivial, Besides, - It's not like you are the living proof of sheer perfection anyway, RIght? It's always the same, someone may make an honest mistake and then gets brutally criticized by those that think that they are far superior. Even funnier still.. Your actually angry? for what? something Intangible? OH BOO HOO! If that's the case, Go and play scarlet blade and you can have all the nudity that you want.

I hate to say it! But business is business! Their are a lot of issues that I personally tend to lean on Sega side of things. But when real money is involved and the advertising is wrong, fault is on Sega shoulders. Compensation is required and then some!

Well that may be true in some aspects. But I fail to see the correlation between "bussiness" and gamers. Correct me if am wrong here, But , It's my understanding that as a gamer, Do you have a right to Tend and adhere to the bussiness aspect of this game?

In another sense, If for instance you went an bought a game at your local game-stop, Im pretty sure that you at lesat I don't tell them How they should, or should not do things , right?

The game is still a game, and when you choose to accept it to enjoy it to the fullest, you are also bound by certain agreements, by doing so, does that give the right to call the shots?

OK. so you may have spent some money, does that come with prviliges?, No it does not. Everyone is given a choice, it's pretty simple, But, if you later regret what you bought , well that is another subject entirely.

I think OP should get compensation in this case since the company displayed the wrong picture on their website. That’s like telling people who rented a movie and were given the wrong one that the fault goes to the customer for not opening the case to check for the right movie. You shouldn’t have to, the cover shouldn’t be a lie.

@Ashe-Kinsilla i feel sorry for you too, you cant read punctuation.

Yes, it does come with privileges. They are called "consumer protection rights". We have governing bodies uphold these privileges and keep corporations in check.

"Keep corporations in check"

Hehe, this ideal sure got us places in Argentina. (African-level poverty that is).

@Shirokami07 Wasn't consumer protection agencies that struck Argentina with poverty. lol

No, it was politics demonizing companies and capitalism.

@Shirokami07 There is a difference between demonizing something, and keeping it in line so it doesn't abuse people in the pursuit of profit. For example environmental protection regulations are a good thing. Without them businesses were dumping toxic stuff into rivers and poisoning locals. I feel we are getting kinda off topic here though. XD
