600 SG Lost and I don't know how

I was playing on the Battle Ship the other night and went to a Trigger, Trick or Treat, right after. I was sitting just over 1000SG. Once I got done I checked my money to see how much I gained and noticed I lost 600 SG. I made sure not to use any while in the Battle Ship to get the extra rewards. I didn't buy anything with them while I was in lobby. So I have no idea what happened. I am playing on the Steam version, started on Xbox transitioned to Windows Store to Steam. I don't think that it has any effect where or when I started but figured I might as well mention it.

In your Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2_NA_STEAM\log or Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2_NA\log folders, look for the StarGemLog txt files. It records all SG transactions.

I have not spent anything since then and this is my last log. I been saving up for the 30 day extensions since.

It also seems like my SG Tickets I been getting have not been logged. So I don't know what is going on with that. I just checked my Windows Store version and its still says on some of the logs that I received some from tickets and lost some for using them.

ActionLog might provide some more context but other than that you would probably have to contact support if you think something is wrong.

I did but I cant find any way to tell that I did contact them. Hence why I posted it here just in case something else got messed up.

You should be getting email confirmations saying that your ticket was received if you did contact them.
