Having issues with steam customer support to reset 2nd password

I just recently started to play the game again and I wanted to use the player market. Since It has been a while since I was on, I sadly forgot my 2nd password. I need help resetting it but, I keep going through a loop of the trying to contact support, giving them an email and it just...logs me out and I have to log back in. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi there! This would be an issue you should submit a ticket directly to the PSO2 team for. Use the "Support" menu at the top of the page, and after selecting "Contact us now" and logging in, click "Submit a Request" in the upper right-hand corner. This should net you better results.

@GM-Deynger there is still an issue where when I do the contact us now and log in, there is no submist request popping up.
