i have this quest on the back side of the current bingo card:

but when i check Chroto's client orders it's not listed, though there is "An Airborn Test of Strength 1"

is this the same quest and just a typo? or do i have to unlock "A Desperate Test of Strength 1" somehow?

I have the same problem, no quest in chroto's entitled, A Desperate Test of Strength 1

You have to clear the first CO of Chroto, "Time Is Money" to unlock "A Desperate Test of Strength I", I suppose.
