Any update on this issue? The month is almost over and we still haven't' received the October perk for Xbox Ultimate Game Pass.

Per the "What's New" page for end of October maintenance this has been fixed: https://pso2.com/news/server-info/maintenancenotes1027

I was able to obtain my monthly perks from the Visiphone this morning after maintenance. This appears to be resolved for me. I'm hoping others can claim their items now, too!
